It’s not that we don’t want other countries presence here in Brazil. It’s just that I believe it will be REALLY dangerous. The police are not even distinguishing Tourists from Brazilians who protests. They even entered a public park (to where protesters ran not to get hurt where tourists are known to spend some time) and started shooting with rubber bullets guns, ignoring at first that THERE WAS A JAPANESE COUPLE WITH A LAP CHILD VISITING before going to the Confederations cup. After the Trauma of spending some time of panic in the cross fire they FINALLY were rescued by the police. After that they decided to go back to the hotel instead of going to the cup. And I believe they won’t EVER come back.
Now imagine how it will be in the World Cup? and the Olympics Event??
We cannot guarantee anyone’s safety. The governors say the contrary what is a great lie. They are risking YOUR LIVES to lure you here and get all the money you could spend at these events.
Are you really planing to pay to see that? After the news running around the world I wouldn’t.
